Event Services Resources

The Event Services team coordinates and supports events across Mount Holyoke College by managing event spaces, audiovisual services, catering, room setups and collaborating with campus departments to ensure successful events.

This page serves as a central resource for current menus, event manager assignments, policies and procedures. Below you'll find the resources needed to answer common questions and support day-to-day event planning and operations.

  • Please review the current reduced catering menu linked below, which will be in effect during the Willits-Hallowell renovation. This page will be updated whenever menu changes occur, so please review the menu before placing any catering orders to ensure you are using the most current offerings and pricing.

  • To ensure a successful event, please review the following deadlines and policies:

    • Catering menu selections are due three weeks prior to your event.

    • A minimum of 15 business days' notice is required for catering and event space reservations.

    • Final guest counts are due five business days prior to your event.

    • Once arrangements have been made, your event manager will send you an Event Order. Please review it carefully and confirm that all event details are accurate.

    • Please note that catered menu selections have minimum guest count requirements. If your group does not meet the required minimum, you will be charged for the minimum guest count listed for that menu.

With experience in fine dining, French and farm-to-table restaurants across the South Shore, Cape Cod and Providence, Rhode Island, he brings a thoughtful, ingredient-driven approach to menu development and culinary leadership. His work reflects a deep respect for the traditions and ingredients of the Northeast.
